Mission Statement:
At the Wellbeing at Work and Beyond research lab, our mission is to create a supportive environment for undergraduate students to engage with meaningful research on wellbeing in work and life domains. Our primary goal is to empower students by providing opportunities to develop critical thinking, research skills, and a deeper understanding of diverse populations, while contributing to the academic research. Our research focuses on (but not limited to) engagement, psychological safety, satisfaction, creativity, meaning, and work-life balance —equipping students with knowledge and experience to make an impact in both academic and professional spheres.
Vision Statement:
Our vision is to cultivate a research-driven, inclusive space where undergraduate students not only contribute to studies on wellbeing but also develop essential skills for future academic, professional, and personal success. We aim to create a learning environment that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and the exploration of work-life integration across diverse populations. By fostering the next generation of scholars and leaders, we hope to inspire a future where research-driven insights improve wellbeing in both work and life.
